DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING
We offer free delivery on flower orders within Tysoe village. You can also Click&Collect flowers or gifts from the shop during opening hours. If you live further afield, we have the following delivery charges:
Up to 5 mile radius from the shop - £5
5-10 mile radius - £6.50

RETURNS POLICY
Sometimes something is not how you expect it to be, maybe the colours are not just right, or it's not quite you, that's no problem we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on gifts purchased via our website, with the exception of plants and flowers.
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, we will refund your money back, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14 day period, you will no longer be eligible and we will not be able to issue a full refund, a credit note will be issued. If the product is damaged/ faulty please contact us by email as soon as the item arrives will offer a replacement or refund.
