3. Workshop booking terms

Booking and payment

A workshop place is confirmed when payment has been received through the booking system. Prices are shown on the relevant workshop page and include the materials stated in the workshop description.

Workshops take place upstairs in The Cosy Space at Tysoe Post Office and are accessed by stairs. If you have access requirements, please contact us before booking or tell us in the booking form so that we can discuss what may be possible.

Please tell us about allergies, access requirements or other practical needs that may affect your participation. We will handle this information sensitively and use it only to help prepare for your visit.

Cancellations and transfers

Unless a workshop page states different terms, if you cancel at least seven days before the workshop, we will offer a full refund or move your booking to another available date.

Within seven days of the workshop, a refund may not be possible because flowers and materials may already have been ordered. You are welcome to send someone in your place, provided you tell us their name in advance.

If we cancel a workshop, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

Please arrive a few minutes before the start time so that the workshop can begin promptly.

Workshop experience

Workshops involve flowers, scissors and other practical materials. Please follow the tutor’s instructions and tell us in advance about anything that may affect your ability to take part safely.
