The Full Story
A life in flowers, hospitality and community
Flowers have always been part of Jacqui’s world. Growing up with a florist mother, she learnt early on that flowers are never just flowers — they mark the everyday, the celebrations and the moments that matter most.

A natural host
After studying catering, Jacqui built a career in hospitality management. From managing a busy Cotswolds hotel and hosting weddings and conferences, to running her own restaurant in Moreton-in-Marsh and working with major hotel groups, she has always loved creating places where people feel looked after.

Back to flowers
Alongside hospitality, Jacqui returned to floristry, training at Moreton Morrell College and learning through hands-on bench work. Her interest grew from designing with flowers to growing British blooms and exploring more environmentally conscious ways of working.

Rooted in Tysoe
Following the loss of her mother in 2019, Jacqui took on Tysoe Post Office, keeping a much-loved village service at the heart of the community. Today, it serves villages on the edge of the Cotswolds and shares a beautiful Grade II listed home with Hope & Glory Flowers and The Cosy Space.

The heart of it
Whether you are popping in for a parcel, choosing flowers for a celebration or a goodbye, joining a workshop or looking for a thoughtful gift, Jacqui and her team believe in personal service. People are known by name, not just as faces.
