Service Description
Each wreath is made to order by hand using fresh, locally grown British foliage without the use of floral foam. Your wreath is crafted the same week you collect it to ensures maximum freshness and longevity throughout the season. Collection date and time to be agreed upon payment.
Cancellation Policy
Seasonal pre-orders Everything on this page is made by hand to order, using fresh, foam-free British and locally grown flowers and foliage wherever possible. Orders are paid for in full at the time of booking. This secures your order and covers the flowers and materials bought in especially for it. Each item has its own order deadline and collection dates, shown when you order. Please choose a collection slot that suits you — it keeps the shop calm during our busiest weeks. If something comes up, ring us and we'll hold your order for three days. You're welcome to change or cancel up to the order deadline, and we'll refund you in full. After the deadline we're not able to refund, as your flowers will have been ordered and your piece made especially for you. You're very welcome to send someone else to collect it. If we're ever unable to complete your order, you'll receive a full refund straight away. Because everything is made fresh and to order, we're not able to post. Collection is from the Post Office, Main Street, Tysoe. Fresh flowers and foliage vary with the season and the weather. We'll always match the style and size you've ordered, but the exact flowers may differ a little from the photographs — that's rather the point of working seasonally.
