Join Louise, a qualified seasonal yoga teacher, and Toni, an aromatherapy and massage therapist to explore the energy of Spring - setting you up to make the most of this wonderful time of year. Enjoy learning about crystals and essential oils and learn yoga-based techniques for living in tune with nature. Take this time to rejuvenate, reconnecting with your inner self.
The programme will include exploring diet, movement, crystals, essential oils, breathing techniques, contemplation, reflection and appreciation of the sensory elements.
As well as learning techniques that will be beneficial to your health and well-being, you will have access to a recording of a full Spring yoga flow practice and a few small gifts to enjoy at home.
You will need comfortable clothing (there will be some chair yoga).
It will be a small open-ability group
